Due to the large number of requests we receive annually, we are obliged to work with a yearly schedule. This means your folding trailer will not be serviced immediately after registration but will be scheduled within our yearly planning. If the proposed period does not suit you, there are options for rescheduling and/or consultation. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and/or repair for your folding trailer!

What does a technical service include?
During a technical service, we keep the folding trailer closed and check the entire chassis, the coupling, the overrun damper, and clean the braking system. Lubrication and adjustment are, of course, included. We also check the tires, lighting, and kitchen if you have one. Any replacement or repair of parts is done in consultation with you.

What does a major maintenance service include?
In addition to the checkpoints included in a technical service, we also open the tent during a major maintenance service. We inspect the tent fabric for anomalies, check the seams, zippers, and assess the frame’s alignment. We also check the operation of the gas springs and the Windforce system, if present. Any replacement or repair of parts is done in consultation with you.
